I have been asked to set up the following system and need some help to confirm wiring, products required etc.
There are to be 4 x separate controlled (via Arduino) LED strips.
2 x 9m lengths (WS2812 - 60 LED’s per metre) - requiring 2 x 10amp power supplies per each 9m length
2 x 13m lengths (WS2812 - 60 LED’s per metre) - requiring 3 x 10amp power supplies per each 13m length.
- power supplies to be located at the start of each run and at each join to ensure even light output.
As each length of the above LED strips needs to be controlled via an Arduino I need to confirm the wiring for the Logic Level Controller (that is required between each join) so as to ensure Data is not corrupted over the long lengths and how to bring the data and ground up to the Arduino - the Arduino’s will be powered via their own power supplies.
I’d also like some assistance in confirming how all the grounds should be joined?
