Frankly that module is totally inappropriate. It posts performance @ 20A. There are very few MOSFETS that can be switched with 3.3V - particularly high power devices.
I control a fan on my Pi4 using a transistor (there is a post on this site). You could use practically any cheap transistor.

In commercial equipment I have seen IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) used as low side switches for motor speed control which may be switchable at 3.3V. I have not looked right into this but somewhere I saw an article outlining the pros and cons comparing the use of IGBTs versus Mosfets. They both have their different capabilities.
