I purchased this 3d printer for my son and haven’t been able to get it going.
The drivers come up and say "driver install failure.
Using window home 10. I also have a macbook if that is helpful with any ideas.

Is there an error message or code when trying to install the drivers?
Unfortunately, Makeblock’s documentation doesn’t cover any errors during install.
Makeblock have a technical support email which would be a good avenue to get an answer. tec-support@makeblock.com
