I am trying to use my AI camera system with my raspberry pi.
I have been following the steps provided on youtube by one of your support staff.
I have installed the latest IOS file into a SD card and already updated and upgrade just like what it has been said in the video.
Once, I try to install imx500-all it gives me an error that it cannot locate the file.

I just tried a fresh install and couldn’t replicate the issue. Could you show us the full commands you are running, we can take a look and try and help out.
