NTC temperature probe

I have been given the following specs for a compatible temperature probe (I think the proper name is a thermistor).

R25°C=10KΩ±1% R0°C=26.74~27.83KΩ B25/85°C=3435K±1%

How would I figure out what to buy? I tried putting it exactly into Google with lots of confusing results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Purchasing hopefully from an Australian retailer to support them.

Hi Sean
I would have a look at Element 14, I think they have a lot of thermistors of various flavours.
Most specs start out at 25ºC so use 10k as a first filter. You may then have to look up specs to get the other numbers for the rest. Element 14 provide data sheets for most components. Usually a little PDF symbol under the stock number. There may be some maths involved too.
Not sure what tolerances are usual but the 1% might just be a bit awkward. Sounds like a Lab device.
Cheers Bob

It’s for an Inkbird ITC 1000. Temperature controlled power relay for individual hot/cold based on the temperature.
