Hi, I am thinking about doing a project and want to know if i can use this module to create 5V 1Amp, if i apply heat to one side, and cold to the other?

Most peltier modules aren’t designed to be used that way, that said, you can use them to generate electricity, but you won’t be able to create that same power consumption figure.
Smells like a Peltier-powered phone-charger project.
If so, there are a few offerings on the net to draw inspiration from. Eg. http://www.instructables.com/id/Battery-Charger-Powered-by-Fire/
You are going to need a lot of modules in series to get 5V! TEG modules may work better for generation use then a peltier.
