This SHIM will allow you to connect any 3.7V lipo to power your Pi Zero:

From there it depends on how long you want to keep it running. Any of these from 2000mAh would work. Any smaller and I think you’d only get a few hours. If you know how many LEDs you have you could do the math.:

There are lots of options out there though. You just need to find one that fits your purpose
