Hi i want to make a doppler radar system with Ai and gsm mode so that i get the exact location of the person i sported on the system.. and i need help on how to do it

Could you tell me a little bit more about how you imagine your idea working at this point. A Doppler radar is only going to tell you that someone is present or moving, with some modules being able to estimate distance. Just combining that with AI and a GSM Modem isn’t going to make it so you can perfectly get their GOS coordinates.
I’m also curious what you mean exactly by ‘spotting’ someone on the system? What system is this connecting to?
