We’re totally sold out of the CM4 and stand-alone Pi 4 Model B boards but we do have some kits left in stock that have Raspberry Pi 4 B boards in them.
You can find those kits here.
We don’t have an ETA on when the stand-alone and CM4 boards will be back in stock but it is looking like mid-2023 at this stage. If you are after a RPi board that is out of stock it’s best to sign up for product stock notifications via the link on the product page so you will know as soon as they become backorderable.
