Just wondering which display I can add to the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 IO Board that doesn’t connect to the gpio pins

Any screen that supports HDMI should work fine. There are two HDMI connectors on the IO Board.

I should have been more specific I’m after something that will use the dis0 22 pin port

No worries, that connector is called DSI and you will be able to use that to search for displays.
