Hey @Ike296403, Welcome to the forums!
It sounds like what you are after is a mouse/keyboard app that can act as a control device for your Pi. With the Pi in kiosk mode, this would allow you to move a mouse around and interact with the kiosk window.
Having a quick look around, this app seems like the most likely to work well with the Pi OS.
