Removing LED from Picodev BME280

Hey all,

I’m using the piicodev BME280 in a project that I plan on leaving in my bedroom perminantly. unfortunately the green status LED is hella bright. I’ve looked at the schematics and it doesn’t look like the LED is connected to anything, can anyone foresee any problems I cant from de-soldering and removing this LED so that it doesn’t interfer with my sleep?

Hi Cameron,

Yeah you definitely can, baked into the schematic is a solder jumper that you can cut open with a craft knife.
