Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is this cable solid core or stranded? Also “Check the related products below for crimp-on connectors that will fit this cable.” There are no related products. Thanks

The data sheet says 28 AWG 7/0.127 stranding.
So yes, it is stranded.
This type of cable is basically designed for Insulation Displacement Connectors (IDC) but there is really nothing stopping anyone separating the cores and fitting any sort of connector that is suitable for 28AWG.
