Hi, I’m been trying for awhile now to get my Shapeoko 3 deluxe up and running. but I have hit another brick wall, could you guild me in the right direction please, it’s my Gandry’s they are not moving at all.
Hi Angela,
Welcome to the forum
We no longer stock the Shapeoko CNC machines but we should be able to help you get yours running.
The most useful resource will be the hookup guide which covers all the physical assembly and calibration that is needed.
You can also find a basic assembly guide here.
Where have you gotten up to with the assembly and what parts are working? Are you able to use a multimeter to confirm your power supply is giving you the necessary voltages to run the CNC as a starting point before we look a little deeper?
Can you please send us some photos of your setup? You never know what a fresh pair of eyes looking at a problem might pick up!
Hi Trent
The link provided pointing to a replacement product also comes up empty.
Question: If there is nothing stocked why the link. Just say the product has been “retired”. The link is in Red, is this significant?
Cheers Bob
Hi Bob,
From time to time a product is retired from our range, the reasons vary a lot but often it is because we simply can no longer source more from a supplier. We haven’t had stock of the Shapeoko CNC machines for at least a couple of years though they were sold under various different part numbers while we did have them.
The replaced by link was used when the part number did change to help people find the new part number but when the last Shapepoko machines were retired the chain just pointed to any Shapeoko products we still had.
It’s far from a perfect system but we prefer to keep retired product pages on the site for archival reference and as a base of support for old products but it does mean that the number of product pages we need to maintain is ever-growing, right now we have 12572 retired products.
Retired products don’t appear in the search on our site so as not to confuse people, but Google is very good at digging them up so we do get a lot of people coming to us for help with products we haven’t sold in years.
