I have been following this project for some time.
I recently got around to making one.
They are a very easy to build project with loads of support.
Currently it only supports Raspberry pi 3a+ and 3b+ due to tight timing constraints.
It actually works with a raspberry pi zero 2 w, however there are some caveats.

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for sharing!
Interesting concept! What a nicely documented project

Hi Liam,
Yes, I think so too.
It can now support to a degree WiFi connectivity to the Internet or another PC.
Basically, it can be considered as a software defined ISA/ PCI Card for an 8 bit computer. In this case of the Commodore Business Machines types.
