I purchased a sparkfun ZED-F9R pi hat to help gather GPS data. I followed the installation guide and everything seems to run but it cannot receive co-ordinates or read any data. Are there any common mistakes or problems that I am overlooking ?
Sometimes these GPS modules do not output in data indoors. Have you tried using your module outdoor?
Hi Philip,
We stock two versions of the ZED-F9R RTK board and since yours is the HAT version I assume you found the HAT version of the getting started guide which appears later in the regular guide.

What LEDs are you getting illuminated on the HAT? Also did you configure it to connect using the serial interface like in the guide or using the I2C or SPI interfaces which are also available?
