I purchased a BladeRF 2.0 xA4 direct from Nuand a few years ago and recently I cannot seem to get it to work on Windows or Linux. The firmware is all up to date, and I’ve sought help from Nuand but with no success. We troubleshot for about 5 days and I’m still unable to use any SDR software. It’s out of warranty so I can’t send it back.
Windows recognises the device but in the device manager log it gives me a “Device not started (WinUSB)” error with additional info relating to either oem6.inf, oem11.inf or oem15.inf.
The error information is:

Under Linux, PyBombs is fully installed and the device is recognised under “lsusb” as Bus 008 Device 002: ID 2cf0:5250.
When I run GQRX, CubicSDR or SDRSharp, none recognise the device and I can’t use it.
