I would like to set up 4 temperature sensors that will be stationed to read outside air temp., inside air temp, outside ground temp and incoming fresh air temp for a underground house. The sensors will be up to 7 meters apart wired back to a central monitoring location with 4 separate readouts. What items will I need to make all this come together?

I am just butting in here to offer an observation and start the ball rolling.
I think distance could complicate things a bit here. Most sensors on offer communicate with I2C which has some distance limitations. so the distance to your monitoring point would be all important.
I think a sketch of some kind showing approximate distances involved and the layout to enable potential ideas would be helpful in getting timely responses.
