I’m plugging the SIM7600 module into the USB port of my Jetson Orin Nano computer. It only works from the USB port in the upper right corner. We can’t use it from the other USB ports. What could be the reason for this?

I presuming that you’re using this SIM7600 module so please correct me if I’m wrong.
From what I’m seeing here, there should not be anything restricting the SIM7600 to certain USB ports. So I’m thinking that this issue has less to do with SIM7600 and more to do with your Jetson Orin.
So we can test that, could you please let us know:
- Are other devices able to use the remaining USB Ports?
- Are you able to interface with the SIM7600 via USB on a different computer?
In addition, could you please upload a photo of your setup so we can check if there’s anything that could be causing the issues.
