Thermocouple amplifier breakout for RPi 4

I am trying to source thermocouple amplifier breakouts for J type thermocouples for a Rasberry Pi 4.
I have 3 thermocouples to connect, but the MCP9600 is out of stock. can anyone suggeste an alternative?

Is it possible to connect 3 of these to a RPi 4 as I have 3 thermocouples?

That shouldn’t be an issue, as the CS pin is used to control which device is being communicated with. Some manual code might be needed.
