Ashish, I think you are using the wrong piicodev adapter. Looks like the piicodev adapter for the pi pico, not the pi.

@Ashish199071 - this is the adapter you’re after

I can’t say for sure what will have happened to the Raspberry Pi after plugging it into and adapter for a Pico - this may have very likely damaged some GPIO.
