I’ve checked the supplier’s documentation, but I’m not seeing any manufacturer test report on how the wavelength claim was verified. That’s not unexpected for some of these cheap and cheerful parts since they’re aimed more at the hobby and maker level.
For your second question, based on the stats for the page with a current supply of 170mA and lamp beads, you’re looking at approx 34mA per LED.
