Hey Team,

Do you think that the coating on this product, 12" eTape Liquid Level Sensor + extras, would hold in a reef aquarium given that it would be submerged all the time.

I would not trust the standard eTape (bare PET version) for long-term submersion in a reef aquarium.The coating is essentially a thin plastic laminate, not a chemically robust barrier. Saltwater systems are much more aggressive than freshwater. Material selection matters a lot here. For corrosive liquids (including saltwater), typical safe materials are Stainless steel, or Polypropylene.
