18650 Battery Holder for Battery with Circuit Protection

With reference to the part SKU: PRT-12900. It is a dual 18650 battery holder with springs. Does an 18650 battery with built in circuit protection fit into this? Id imagine it might as the springs could either be cut or squished by an extra 1mm. Would like to confirm though before I buy!
