This is a basic, 4-digit 7-segment display - blue in color. It has a common anode. The display features one decimal point per digit, and individually controllable apostrophe and colon points.

Excellent product. Data very useful. Perfect for my application as a count down clock display. Makes PCB design simple compared to using individual LED displays.

Nice Ricky. What did you use for the driver?

I used a PIC16F84 micro-controller driving a 4543 BCD to 7 segment decoder and finally a ULN2003A to drive the LED segments. 4 BC327’s are used to drive the 4 anodes of the display. The colon dots are permanently on.
