can I connect a Victron Easy Solar ethernet connection to this touch screen? If so what supply voltage (range) do I require.

Welcome to the forum! Having a quick look at this datasheet it doesn’t look like you’ll be able to make a direct connection. Do you have a bit more info on what you are trying to achieve here?
