ADA4552 PoE Splitter Compatability

Hi,

I purchased 2 x ADA4552 POE SPLITTER WITH USB TYPE C - 5V 2A - 100 MB ETHERNET

I am using a Ubiquiti ES-16-150W-AU Edgeswitch 16 PoE+ Switch which supports both IEEE 802.3 af/at modes and 24V passive.

When using this splitter and a Raspberry Pi 4 the power works, however there is no ethernet connection.

If these splitters do not work with my current configuration, how do I go about organising the return/refund for them?

Hi Russell,

I agree with you, sounds like this should just work! Shoot through a reply to your confirmation email, if you suspect your product is faulty. In the meantime I’ll see if I can do some internal testing here to try and replicate your issue.

Keen to get to the bottom of this!

Thanks. I have multiple 4b’s and I bought 2 splitters so I’m thinking it’s just a compatibility issue somewhere.
