Arduino RP2040 Connect Flashing LED Pattern

Hey there i have an Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect and it is flashing orange at a weird pattern

Key:
Dot is Quick flashes
Dash is Slow Flashes

this is the Pattern of its Flashing:

And it keeps Going in that pattern

it is an orange light on the right side of the board.

I cant figure out how to fix it

Also when i reset it by pressing the button twice, it stops blinking.
All good right, Nahhh the arduino now doesnt show in my ports and boards section.

AHHHH then when i upload a new empty sketch i can find it.AHHHH

Then when i upload some code, NAHHHH it then starts the blinking procedure again.
