HI, I have previously turned on my M2 pro and everything was working, i went to test it, and now i am not even getting a start up sound???
The battery is full, the indicator light is green.
does anyone know why this may be and how to fix?

Is there some sort of lock out that prevents iy from running until it is in the water. I located a user manual for it and noticed the LEDs are not supposed to be turned on until it is submerged. I haven’t time to digest this manual in detail and am completely ignorant of the workings but just noticed this bit in passing. Other than this idea I haven’t got a clue. It is not just very quiet is it. Are the thrusters working?

Hi Robert,
that is correct, you cannot turn on the lights while out of the water, you can turn on the thrusters for no more than 30 seconds.
When you plug the tether into the drone and control centre and swith it on, it is suposed to make a sound to say , it has power, and then another sound to say that it is connected to the control centre.
my M2 pro is not doing this at all. I have charged it untill the light on the power unit goes green like it says to in the manual.
I have tried 3 different tethers and still no power to the drone.

I had a bit of a browse expecting to find some sort of trouble shooting guide but alas nothing. I am a bit surprised there is nothing in the user manual. For the amount of $$$$ you pay for these things you would think you would get something.
There was one company that specialises in repairing drones but they are of the flying kind but nothing much else.
