Enter the following command to open the Raspberry Pi configuration tool:
sudo raspi-config
After this you have to Choose Wayfire as your compositor.

Last update: After I updated the packages (sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade), now I don’t have the previous isssues with labwc. It is ok to still keep labwc compositor, in this situation? Thank you [my issue was related with LibreOffice Writer - when i tried to open it, the page was flashing for few seconds before opening; now it does not flash, after updating]

It is OK to keep using the Labwc compositor if it runs without issues.
