Hi Clay
Just had a look at the specs. some below
- Power supply: 6~18V DC,65mA-500mA
- Interface: DC 5.5
- Pumping head: 60-420cm
- Capacity: 280~500L/H
It looks like the pumping head at 6v is 60cm. A bit short of your required 1 meter. I am a bit surprised at that but it is an impeller type pump which will not have the capability of a piston type.
So it looks like your 6V may not be quite enough. Trial in your particular situation will be the only way out.

Hi Bob,
Thank you so much for the information, I guess I will try the 12 v battery and see how it goes

Hi Bob,
My apology to ask a question again but for the capacity 280 to 500 L/H, L/H just mean liter per hour, right?

Will this pump cavitate if ran dry?

Hi Pat
It certainly won’t pump water but if it is submerged it should self prime.
