Getting Pocket AVR programmer running in Atmel Studio

Hi,
I purchased the Pocket AVR programmer. I have watched a video whoing how to integrate it into AVR Studio but they mention AVRDUDE. I downloaded AVRDude but cannot see the AVRDUDE.exe to point to when setting up external tool in AVR Studio.

Can you explain what version of AVRDUDE I need to download and install to get this running.

Hi David,
I haven’t played around with AVRDUDE in a while, but from memory, if you just download the default ‘avrdude’ package it doesn’t give you the .exe file, you’ll need to google around to make sure you get a .exe extension file.
