I need to order suitable gobilda components to mount 150mm scooter wheels on yellow jacket motors (part number 5203-2402-0188) with 8mm hex output shaft 25mm in length, and need some help with part numbers for those components please

Hi Steve,

I’ve taken a look through our range of goBILDA wheels, and couldn’t find anything that resembles scooter wheels. Could you share a photo of, or a link to, the wheels you want to use that motor with?

Once we’ve got that, we’ll get cracking on finding a suitable part for your project :slight_smile:

I’ll need to attach the wheel to a 5203-2402-0188. yellow jacket motor with an 8mm hex shaft I guess with something like this

Hi Steve,

Interesting dive into goBILDA!!

To get the Scotter wheels mounted onto a Yellow Jacket motor I’d swap out the REX shaft for a 6mm D-shaft
Here’s the same gear ratio:

And to mount the scooter wheels a 6mm adapter can be used, just be sure to mount the grub screw to the flat!
