How to wire/power 3W LED? Iron Man Glove project

Hi!

I am keen on using the 3W LED (warm light) for an Iron Man Glove project I’m 3D printing.

Thing is, I am very new to electronics, but excited to learn. My main questions:

  1. How do I power this?
  2. What is a configuration of a circuit with a switch?

Do any of you have any beginner guides/recommendations on how I could power it? I understand it could require a “FemtoBuck LED Driver”, but know little beyond that.

Not sure if you spotted it on the Femtobuck page but Sparkfun have a tutorial that will help you wire it all up.

Thanks for that - definitely helps! I can see that I know so little I didn’t understand how much there was to learn. As in, I’m now reading up on this OHM thing. Okay, YouTubing.
