IVCS3 App Joy stick MIDI controller

Hey guys, I’ve been using the IVCS3 synthesiser app to make music. It has a cool toggle that I would love to be able to control with a physical toggle via MIDI.

Would I be able to do this with a toggle usb kit & would I need a 4 or 8 switch?

I am new to this and any help would be appreciated!

Hi Luke,

For a toggle just a simple switch would likely do the trick:

Though I imagine something like that might be a bit chunky, there are smaller options.

As for getting a microcontroller to talk MIDI, Adafruit have a great guide:

The good thing is that Core distribute almost all Adafruit gear, so you can find local stock of their stuff here.
