I need to get 5 of this button in 5 different colors White, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow. I can only see 3 variations on your site, If i get 5 of the white one and change the LED to the others colors will that work with this product

You definitely can! The LED is removable and a connection can be made by bending the leds around a couple of fins.
