Hi,
Can the Nano I / O Shield For Arduino Nano be used with the Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect? If not, what else is available?

Hi Pete,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!!

Unfortunately the documentation for the shield doesnt specify if some of the chips/features work at 3.3V (which is what the Nano RP2040 connect outputs).

As for alternatives what kind of features were you after?

Hi Liam,

We need to do some breadboard testing for MCP3008-I/SL ADC’s which will ultimately be used with Arduino Nano RP2040 Connects.

Any other thoughts?

Pete

Hi Pete,

I’d go with that exact setup, grab a breakout or DIP socket version of the MCP3008-I/SL and start experimenting!
You’d also need some male-male jumper wires.
