On this site I found a tiny little pump
I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find 5 or 6V battery with a 500mA output capacity I can use to power it?

The easiest option in your case would be a battery holder like this one:
Alkaline batteries can provide up to 700mA in a pinch, so you should be fine to use any battery you like in it.
