Unfortunately, you’re unlikely to find something like that here. While the above can be made into a remote control device, it’s not like that out of the box. While I haven’t had a chance to test it, I would also not be confident of it managing to hold 10kg.
Since our store is mostly built around hobby and maker level electronics, it might be worthwhile finding a dedicated RC Vehicle company and asking them for their advice.
