Pi Zero WH support for AWS IoT Core

Hi,

I’d like to use AWS IoT core with a Raspberry Pi Zero WH.

However the AWS documentation says “A Raspberry Pi 2 Model B or more recent model.”

see here:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot/latest/developerguide/sdk-tutorials.html#iot-sdk-prereqs

Question: the Pi Zero WH seems like it is recent / new tech, i.e. newer than the original Pi Zero. Does the Zero WH count as being 2+ with regards to the AWS IoT core requirement?

Hey Will,

Yes, in terms of the OS that the Pi will run as well as the hardware compatibility required the Zero WH will be suitable. If there’s anything else that I can do for you please let me know.
