PiSupply PaPiRus not working

Pi Supply PaPiRus Zero ePaper/eInk pHAT v1.2 problem

after installing software from here https://github.com/PiSupply/PaPiRus and executing papirus-test I have

root@raspberrypi:~#
root@raspberrypi:~# papirus-test
Assuming this is a PaPiRus Zero board

---- Detect temperature sensor and RTC (RTC for HAT only) ----
NXP LM75BD detected at: 0x48

---- Screen Information ----
Temperature from sensor: 29 degrees Celsius
Panel info: EPD 2.0 200 x 96 version=4 COG=2 FILM=231

The screen might be broken, cannot continue further
root@raspberrypi:~#
I have ordered another display https://core-electronics.com.au/pi-supply-papirus-zero-epaper-eink-phat-v1-2.html

Hi Jan,
What Raspberry Pi are you using?

Raspberry Pi Zero W V1.1 and the latest version of Raspbian
root@raspberrypi:~# uname -a
Linux raspberrypi 4.9.45-v7+ #1031 SMP Fri Aug 25 19:02:16 BST 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux
with I2C and SPI enabled, UART not enabled

Hi Jan,

Based off that, it sounds like you’ve done everything right with that install. If you’ve already ordered a second board, then it might be best to wait until you’ve got that, and see if that works, in which case we can sort out the faulty hardware, and if not, we know it’s not a hardware issue.

Hi Jan,

Would also be worth sending sales@pi-supply.com a quick email as noted in the product page.

yes, agree and will keep you updated

This is a case where I would not recommend using the latest version of Raspbian (Stretch)
Rolling back to Raspbian Jessie may help.

It is resolved, actually the problem was with me connecting display the other way around. Thanks to everyone, special thanks to Francesco from Pi Supply
