Push-Button power switch ON-only

Hi,

I’m fairly new to electronics, so apologies in advance for dumb questions.
I have the Adafruit push-button power switch with the latching circuitry. From what I’ve read, one press can supply power, then another press will cut power. Is there a way to use this to ONLY power ON, then use the KILL pin from the main controller for OFF?
