Welcome to the forum! We don’t have a power supply with a switch available for the Pi 5. The Pi 5 has its own power button on board.
This will allow you to cycle the board with ease. Many cases for the Pi 5 retain access to this switch too.
When wiring stuff to the Pi I still recommend disconnecting it from power entirely, just an additional bit of protection from accidental shorts.
