On a Pi 5 it runs. Streaming 4fps, 1080p video to surveillance centre on my NAS drive.
The video had a very red tinge to it.
I had a AT085 inline with the plug pack powering the Pi. In room daylight the Pi’s load was cycling between ~3.6W and 5.6W total. With the Pi Camera 3 connected the load cycled up to 5W.
In the dark the Pi’s load was cycling up to 6W total so there’s no way the two LED lamps were doing 3W.
Also, at night the LED lamp’s PCB (and also the camera they’re bolted to) are too hot to touch.
