Hi,
Bought one of these keyboards, unfortunately it came with abysmal instructions.
Can’t even power it on, no switch yet the instructions say switch on to get indicator light? Put in new batteries etc in case the ones that came with it are no good, mouse powers up OK.

Hey Jack,
Just to clarify, are you using this keyboard?
If so, I just pulled one out myself and it paired after I held the ESC then K keys then released both. It may take up to a minute or so to pair. Just reading through the instructions I can see the part about the indicator light. I’ll make sure someone on our team checks into that right away.
