Hi I need a little help with my RC robot. As soon as the power to the robot is switched on the wheels drive. Even when the controller is switched on first then the droid the wheels drive. Sometimes one of the wheels will not drive. The addition of lights and sound work perfectly.
I have checked the voltage which is good, found no loose wires or shorts. No sure where to look next. My thoughts are to replace the motor control. Any help will be grateful.

How many amps does it draw? Is there enough amps in your power supple/battery?
Hi jade.
First question. Has this ever worked. That is, is this a fault that has developed or are you starting from the beginning.
Besides this problem if you have got all your remote receiver etc inside this metal box you are starting behind the proverbial 8 ball anyway.
Cheers Bob
Hi @Jade81311
Iād say your best bet would be start with testing that the motors work by powering them independently if they all fire up then move onto the next link in the chain and test that the motor controller works, and if it then still appears to be working fine move up to the micro controller.
