Hi, im looking for a 0-10vdc input ssr with zero crossing switching and phase angle load control

I am assuming you mean control voltage. This unit has a control voltage of 3 - 32V

Most SSRs are zero crossing which means AC only (as DC does not get to ground so never switches). “Switch any time” devices are available but not common.

If by that you mean power factor the relay has no control over that. Entirely up to the load characteristics.
