Not able to detect STM32 ST-LINK V2 to program development board. I keep getting detection errors from uVision 5.
Hmm, are you able to connect to it using the utilities available on the ST website? http://www.st.com/en/development-tools/st-link-v2.html
Try downloading one of those, and see if it connects which will help rule out a hardware or software issue.
