We have a few cases that would fit a Pi 5 and this tower cooler. I personally think this Tall Aluminium Cooling Case for Raspberry Pi 5 looks like the best fit with cutouts in the right place on the lid for good airflow:
Otherwise, my runner-up would be the HighPi Pro 5S Toolless Pi 5 Case, which will likely have slightly worse airflow but is really easy to snap together quickly.

I’ll check these out.
(Too many times when I’ve purchased cases or HATs they’ve been “this much out” to be fitting correctly.
