I need to run android on this - can I do it with Pi4 or something similar?

There is a project for android on a pi: https://9to5google.com/2020/11/02/android-11-comes-to-the-raspberry-pi-4-courtesy-of-third-party-rom/

Android runs an Arm cpus, and the pi has an arm CPU so it works great.

Hi.

I need a pinout of this thing.
The chart on the wiki show’s the pins… assumed for the Pi4 but I’m not sure.
I’m working with a Raspberry PI 2w.
Trying to figure out if they’re compatible.
The wiki doesn’t seem to have one.

Not sure what to try next.

Hi @Pixmusix,

There is this schematic which has the full 40 Pin GPIO on it.

The Pi 2W has the same 40 Pin GPIO layout so should be electrically compatible.

The Wiki does state it only works for 32-bit operating systems and only have Bullseys and Buster listed as working versions of Pi OS.

Oh I missed that.
I’ll keep that in mind too.

Do you know of a way to inspect for broken GPIO pins?

Pigpio GPIO test is one method I found That a few users recommend.

There also the hooking up an led or button for testing the input and outputs individually to see if they are functional as well.
